I hope that you had a wonderful weekend! Friday is a T/Th schedule. This Friday, we have special guests visiting us from Matsuri, Japan. Three exchange students will visit our classes. After school on Friday, we will have a special Multi-Cultural club event where our visitors will teach AOC students about life in Japan.

• March 28th- District Wellness Department presents the topic of "Sleep and Teens" on zoom. See flyer below for details.

Hey Seniors, are you going to the Senior Dance? Senior dance tickets are $75.00 each through the end of March. They will go up in price to $85 after spring break, so buy one today! Come on out and make memories to last a lifetime. Please remember that the Senior Dance will be on Friday, May 5th from 7:00 to 10:30 p.m. See Mrs. Perkins to purchase your ticket.

Please see the attached flyers on Wellness in the Hart District and at AOC and COC. There is a parent information night and zoom meeting on the topic of "sleep" and teens.

Dr. Shapiro will be hosting a meeting for students interested in a historical tour of New York City and Washington DC on Tuesday, 3/28 from 6-6:30pm

Spring Break is from April 3rd-April 7th and there is no school.

Located on the campus of College of the Canyons, AOC is proud to be the middle college high school in the William S. Hart Union High School District serving students 9th-12th grades in the Santa Clarita Valley. Students have the opportunity to earn between 24 and 44 transferable college units, prior to receiving their high school diplomas. Upon graduation, the majority of Academy students pursue their post high school education by continuing at COC and completing their college transfer requirements in only one year after high school. Other AOC students go directly into a four-year university, bringing their community college units with them and placing themselves well into their freshman and sophomore years at the college level. While attending AOC as a high school student, community college tuition is waived for established California residents.
