Monday, March 27th
All Lesson Plans are Due (No excuses) (EVERYONE MUST HAVE A LESSON PLAN).
Take attendance each day during homeroom. (Make sure that you see the student)
Make sure that you are recording from homeroom until 4:30 daily.
Please write the Standards of each Unit/Lesson on the board in student friendly words.
(Everyone should be using E-Hall Pass) Students must have a signed hall pass before leaving your class. Monitor eHall-Pass before letting a student leave your classroom.
Tuesday, March 28th
1. Check your TKES platform daily for observation feedback and sign-off accordingly. (Please know that observations will take place during SRA, Regular class time, WLT, and TLT).
2. Contact Tuesday-Use this day to contact parents for both positive and assistance needed with your student. Let parents know if their child is in DANGER OF FAILING NOW. Place this contact in Infinite Campus as it will be help as we come to the end of the school year. Teachers' documentation is everything.

Wednesday, March 29th
DO NOT SCHEDULE ANY MEETINGS, PARENT S CONFERENCES, OR CALLS ON PLC DAYS (i.e., IEPS, 504, MTSS, etc.) This day is dedicated for PLCs only.
Dr. Johnson, Dr. Gardner, Ms. Belcher will redeliver information from the "YES WE CAN" conference.
Thursday, March 30th
Title I Annual Stakeholder’s Input Meeting (Will Be This Thursday at 6:00) All Teachers are expected to attend.
REVIEW AND DISCUSS ESSENTIAL STANDARDS
Build/Create Lesson Plans for the upcoming week.

Doctor's Note
When submitting your doctor's note, please, only submit the return to work note. Please do not include anything that contains your person information, i.e., prescriptions, test results, etc.
Please make sure that you review all Bookkeeping Procedures
Teachers and Staff, please make sure that before you order anything or collect money from students that you touch bases with Mrs. Miller first, and follow ALL CLMS Bookkeeping procedures. Also, know that we DO NOT collect money from students or parent via Cash APP, etc.

Professional Standard for the Month of MARCH 2023
Standard 8: Required Reports - An educator shall file with the Georgia Professional Standards Commission reports of a breach of one or more of the standards in the Code of Ethics for Educators, child abuse (O.C.G.A. §19-7-5), or any other required report. Unethical conduct includes but is not limited to:
1. Failure to report to the Georgia Professional Standards Commission all requested information on documents required by the Commission when applying for or renewing any certificate with the Commission;
2. Failure to make a required report of a an alleged or proven violation of one or more standards of the Code of Ethics for educators of which they have personal knowledge as soon as possible but no later than ninety (90) days from the date the educator became aware of an alleged breach unless the law or local procedures require reporting sooner; and
3. Failure to make a required report of any alleged or proven violation of state or federal law as soon as possible but no later than ninety (90) days from the date the educator became aware of an alleged breach unless the law or local procedures require reporting sooner. These reports include but are not limited to: murder, voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, kidnapping, any sexual offense, any sexual exploitation of a minor, any offense involving a controlled substance and any abuse of a child if an educator has reasonable cause to believe that a child has been abused.
