6th Grade WEB Event
Attention 6th grade Parents! The WEB leaders are holding a special event just for 6th graders. Thursday, September 21st, after school, from 3:40-4:40 p.m. Sixth graders have the opportunity to participate in the 2nd annual capture the flag tournament, connect with 8th grade WEB leaders, and meet other 6th graders. Students can pick up a permission slip from their tutorial teacher or in the Student Service Office (or HERE). Permission slips are due by September 18th, late permission slips will not be accepted. This event is limited, so get your permission slip in early.
Wredling Fall Book Fair
We are pleased to announce the Anderson Book Fair is coming to Wredling Middle School from September 28- October 5!

A Pre-Arranged Absence Form is available on the Wredling main page of the website or in the main office.
- Parent completes and signs top section of form
- Student takes form around for all teachers to initial
- Student turns completed form into the main office
Note: If the planned absence is less than 3 days, you do not need to complete the form. Just call your student in on 331-228-3700 and follow the prompts to the attendance line.

Career Presentations - Volunteers Needed!
For each of our 7th and 8th grade AVID classes, College and Careers plays an integral role in the classroom experience. On Fridays, we are looking for volunteers to share their career and experiences via zoom (or in person) during either 3rd, 6th, 7th or 8th period each week. (Times range from 10:20 a.m. to 3:40 p.m.) Please fill out THIS FORM if you are interested in sharing your career with our students. We will be sending a confirmation email to you once we have solidified your date and time. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise and time with our students and staff.
Parent Education Series
The Parent Education Series is D303's way of empowering parents and guardians to support their children's academic, social, and emotional needs through a series of information sessions. Become informed on specialized topics, engage in two-way dialogue with speakers and fellow parents, and become a support resource for others. The sessions offered are based on feedback from our parents and may feature teachers and staff, community partners, or guests from afar who specialize in topics relevant to our District. North Stars Football Game
D303 Community,
St. Charles North is looking forward to our second home football game of the season this Friday vs. Batavia! The sophomore game starts at 4:30pm followed by the varsity at 7:00pm. This Friday our school community is going GOLD in support of Cal's Angels, a local non-profit organization raising money and awareness for Pediatric Cancer research.
In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our spectators in attendance please take a moment to review some important reminders regarding the game:
-Gates will open at 3:45 pm.
-Tailgating is not permitted.
-No backpacks, bags or outside food or beverages are allowed. Bags no larger than 8x6 are acceptable. All bags are subject to search.
-All students under high school age must be supervised by a parent or guardian inside the stadium.
-No re-entry into the stadium is allowed.
-Use of profanity, taunting, including racial remarks of any kind, throwing objects, and possessing objects that block the view of other spectators are PROHIBITED.
Tickets will be sold at the gate. Prices are as follows:
-General Admission-$5.00
-Students & Seniors 65+-$2.00
-Visitors w/Student ID-$2.00
-D303 MS/HS Students and Staff w/ID-FREE

Big Hearts of Fox Valley
For the 10th year in a row, D303 is again partnering with Big Hearts of Fox Valley, which supports families in need during the holiday season. Big Hearts of Fox Valley Holiday Giving Program's purpose is to provide holiday gifts for D303 students and their younger siblings whose families face significant financial hardship. Through Big Hearts, members of the D303 community anonymously shop for wish list items. D303 social workers will review applicants. If you are struggling and facing significant financial hardship and would like assistance providing holiday gifts to your children, click here. HardyStrong Scarecrow Slam
3 ON 3 BASKEBALL TOURNAMENT

Justin was always a fierce competitor, and he loved hoops & brackets. Therefore, the HardyStrong Foundation is bringing together local hoopers to compete for bragging rights in Justin's honor. Come out and showcase your talents and competitive spirit in the first HardyStrong Scarecrow Slam. Space is limited. Registration closes September 27th or when all spots are filled. Purchase (1) $100 entry per team and check your email to assign your tickets to 3-5 team members.

Time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Location: Mt. St. Mary Park Basketball Courts
Teams: Minimum of 3 players & Maximum of 5 players
Divisions: Enroll in the division of your oldest teammate. Separate boys & girls divisions.
