DBQ Online Update: Spanish Toggle
How to enable a Spanish/English toggle in DBQ Online
This is one of two options to have Spanish enabled for your students!
This option will have the unit be in English while having a button to translate to Spanish. To have the unit be fully in Spanish, visit this guide.
1. Navigate to the "Classes & Assignments" page
2. Choose the proper class
3. Click "Add Assignment"
4. Choose one of our 17 binders that we translated into Spanish
- Mini-Qs in American History - Original Vol. 1 and Vol. 2, New Vol. 1 and 2
- Mini-Qs in World History - Vol. 1, Vol. 2, and Vol. 3
- Mini-Qs in Civics
- Mini-Qs in Economics
- Mini-Qs in Geography
- State specific binders - Texas, Florida, California, Georgia, and Louisiana
- Elementary Mini-Qs - Vol. 1 and Vol. 2
5. Go to the desired unit and click "Assign"
6. Enable the "English/Spanish Toggle?" support
7. Click "Save & Assign" at the bottom
8. Now when you or your students "View" the unit, there will be "View Spanish" button at the top-left
Right above the Annotation tools and below the home page button.
Clicking that will bring up a Spanish translation of the page you are on.
This support can be enabled while the unit is in Spanish to have an English translation pop-out too! For how to make a full Spanish unit, follow this guide.
