Please read the information below before purchasing ticket.
Requirements for Prom Ticket Purchase
All Juniors and Seniors are eligible to purchase prom tickets. All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket sales will end on Friday, April 11th, and no tickets will be sold after this date.
If you have detention to serve or disciplinary fees (e.g., damage to Chromebook, lost books) to pay, you must complete them by Friday, April 11th. Otherwise, you will not be eligible to attend the prom.
Example: If you have detention and do not serve it by April 11th, you cannot buy a ticket. If you serve your detention before April 11th, you can buy a ticket.
If you have questions about detention, please do one of the following:
Have your parent/guardian check on PowerSchool
Stop by the main office and ask Mrs. Hamm,
Email Mrs. Hamm (linda.hamm@franklin.k12.wi.us).
For questions about fees, stop in the office and ask one of our secretaries.
Students attending the dance must be in good standing with academics, attendance, and conduct at school.
Students and guests must bring an ID to the dance.
All dance participants are required to dance in a school-appropriate manner. Any person dancing in a manner viewed as sexually suggestive or inappropriate will be removed from the dance, referred to police or parents, and not allowed to return.
Prom Guest Pass for Non-FHS Student
Any guest that is not currently enrolled in a high school (such as a recent graduate) OR guests that attend a virtual school without administrators to complete the guest pass must submit a background check via the FPS Volunteer Form found at www.tinyurl.com/FranklinVolunteer. No middle school or grade school students or adults 21 or over are allowed to attend. All students and guests must bring an ID to the dance.
FHS Dance Check In Procedures
As in previous years, Franklin High School is committed to providing our students safe, fun, and educational activities. Co-curricular events are privilege-based programs, and positive behaviors are expected. We will be continuing a few procedures at our Dance again this year intended to help ensure the dance remains a positive experience for all. These procedures are identical to what we’ve done in the past. These include:
Upon arrival at the Franklin High School Prom, students will be asked to check in with their ticket and student ID.
Upon entrance to the dance, bags, purses, and other items will be searched.
Police and administration will conduct random breathalyzer tests to ensure that students practice safe behaviors before arriving at the dance. (By attending the dance, students are providing their consent to participate in this process.) The goal of continuing to use random breathalyzers is to prevent students from coming to an event under the influence of alcohol.
If you wish to participate in the Grand March through the Galleria, please follow the directions given after entering the dance.
Parking
The Italian Community Center is located at 631 E Chicago St. Parking is free. Limos may NOT pull into the parking lot and must drop students off in front or on the side of the venue instead.
Please follow the posted signs to enter the building.
Ticket Sales
Important Ticket Information:
Tickets will be sold online. Ticket sales end Friday, April 11th at 3:30 pm.
Tickets will be $95 each.
Download the Hometown Fan App. Whatever phone number is associated with your app, that is the number that will need to be used to access your ticket.
Only currently enrolled FHS seniors and juniors can purchase tickets (sophomores or non-FHS guests must be invited guests of a JR/SR).
All students will be given a unique code once they have satisfied any outstanding detentions or fees.
Students bringing a guest must have the guest permission slip completed and turned in before April 11th.
Students should plan ahead and purchase tickets early. The sooner your group purchases your tickets, the sooner you will be able to select a table (see below.)
Tickets will not be available for purchase after Friday, April 11th at 3:30 pm. The total number of attendees must be reported to the prom vendors at this time. Late ticket sales will not be accepted.
All sales are final. If a ticket is purchased, and you cannot attend or are barred from attending for any reason, you will not get a refund.
Table Selection
AFTER you buy your prom ticket, you can pick a table for you and your friends for dinner. Here is how to pick a table:
Select a table captain who will fill out the Prom Table Selection Form (make a copy) for your whole group. Before you can turn in the form, everyone in the group must have a ticket. Groups can range from 1 to 10 people. The table captain must include the ticket number for each person in the group or it will not be accepted.
Submit the form by sharing it with Mr. Benjamin (Jeffrey.Benjamin@franklin.k12.wi.us).
If you want to make changes to your table group after submitting it, you must see Mr. Benjamin. Changing the names in the Google Doc afterwards will not do anything.
