As we enter the week devoted to gratitude, I want to take a moment to thank each and everyone of our All Saints families for entrusting your children with us. If it weren't for your support of our school and its mission, it simply would not continue to exist. We, the staff, appreciate the commitment you have to your child, their education and all of the events we ask you to take part in. It is our hope that you enjoy extra time with your family this coming week.

Get The FACTS!
I am excited to announce that we are transitioning to a new Student Information System through FACTS. As you know, we currently use FACTS for tuition payments, financial aid, and incidental billing. Utilizing its student information system will provide lunch ordering, classroom management, grading, our calendar, on-line applications and re-enrollment, and family communication tools all under one umbrella. As with any new software, this will be a learning process for all of us, but it will help to improve and elevate our school management process.
To support our families and staff in the transfer to this new system, we will roll-out the needed information in five phases: Account Set-up and Lunch, Communication, Grading/Family Directory, Integrated Billing, and Enrollment/Financial Aid. The first three phases will occur quickly, beginning today. Information for the remaining two phases will come after the new year.
What about QuickSchools?
We will close out this trimester with QuickSchools, and our teachers and staff will begin using FACTS for Trimester 2 and beyond. We will no longer use Quickschools after November 30, 2023.
What do I do now? Time to get the FACTS!
Over the next few days, please take a few minutes to begin using FACTS to:
Set up an account to access your family portal - visit factsmgt.com school code: AS-ME
Review your contact and emergency contact information
Place your lunch orders for December. Orders are due by Sunday, November 26
Please note: Your family's current contact and student information has already been transferred to FACTS in preparation for your first log-in. You only need to review it and edit if necessary.
Upon logging in, you will see "Announcements". Please click on each to find detailed instructions on how to order lunch, and to review/edit your contact and emergency contact information.
Below is a helpful video to get you started, or a quick step by step guide is attached and will be sent home with your student.

CHRISTMAS CARD CONTEST
The Diocese of Portland is having their annual Christmas Card Contest. We have many wonderful artists in our school who would be serious contenders in this contest. A hard copy of the contest rules and directions were sent home with all students last week. However, attached below is a copy in case it has disappeared from your child's backpack.
THE ATTIC
The Attic currently has a large need for lightly worn (no rips or tears, please) winter clothing/outerwear and winter boots for both adults & children. If you have any of these items that you are looking to rehome please do so through the Attic. Their customers are buying winter clothing as fast as they can put it out and the proceeds benefit our school.
The Attic also has an immediate need for volunteers at the following times:
- Friday, 10-2. The primary job description would be restocking clothing racks from our tagging room with clothing already hung & tagged. 2 people needed.
- Wednesday & Saturday 10-2. The primary job description would be to assist in looking up items value and pricing. They would work with a seasoned volunteer to learn our pricing policies. Two - three people needed each day.
- Thursday 10-2. The primary job description would be marking down items on the sales floor. Two people needed.
- Tuesday 10-2. The primary job description is to inspect, tag and merchandise DVD's & Cd's as well as merchandising.kid's books. One person needed.
Just a reminder that volunteering at the Attic counts towards your fundraising hours. It also doesn't have to be you who does the hours, it could be a parent, sibling, aunt etc. Please reach out to Donna or Angela at the Attic (945 - 5523) if you would like to help out.
