The Cascade Girls Basketball Program is putting on a 2 day kids camp for grades 1st-4th, November 11th & 12th from 9:00am to 12:00 pm. We will focus on the fundamentals; Ball Handling, Passing, Shooting, all while playing Games and growing the love for basketball at a very young age. If your daughter is just learning or has been playing since Day 1 this will be a great experience to not only get better but have fun doing it!!! Cost for 2 day camp is $40. It is cold outside so please send your kids with warm clothing.

Please do not drop your kids off early. There are no staff available to supervise students before 7:30am and students must wait outside until the doors open at 7:40am.

PTC was able to help with so many fabulous activities this past month!
Some highlights-
Bike Day treats, Harvest Party candy, food, decorations and games, Teacher Appreciation luncheon during conferences, contribute towards new playground equipment, and new Panther Store items.
$3,650 was able to be spent thanks to your fundraising efforts.
Book Fair Scholastic Credit update coming soon. This helps keep the book vending machine full of great books!
Fundraisers for Shop Believe and Butter Braid are due this Friday 11/4/22. Turn in orders via online or paper to the offices in K-2 and 3-5.

The Fall Food Fight is back!

We are hosting a fall food drive to support families in our Cascade community this fall through the Marion Church Food Pantry. We are accepting donations until Wednesday 11/16. Each building will compete to bring the most food!

Here is a list of what each grade level is collecting:

Kindergarten - Canned corn and applesauce

First Grade - Canned green beans and bagged/boxed mashed potatoes

Second Grade - Canned carrots and bagged/boxed pasta dinners

Third Grade - Canned beans and boxed stuffing

Fourth Grade - Canned mixed vegetables and canned/packaged mandarin oranges

Fifth Grade - Canned/packaged peaches and canned soup/chili

The K-2 building will compete against the 3-5 building to see who can collect the most food donations for the Marion Church Food Pantry by 11/16.

If the K-2 building wins: Mr. Mintzer gets to pie Mrs. Cromwell & Ms. Jodie in the face!

If the 3-5 building wins: Mrs. Cromwell and Ms. Jodie get to pie Mr. Mintzer in the face!
