Instagram Parties are another great reach out method we can use to help grow our business. Be sure to invite as many people as you can and stay in personal one on one contact with your guests through out the party!

If you are doing this as a launch or smaller party you could do a prize giveaway like the sheet mask or water bottle. Something small is perfect!

Remember not to post publicly about giveaways etc. It must be done in private as we want to stay compliant !

You will want to create a separate account on IG.

This is done by:

1. Going to your personal IG account

2. Click the 3 little lines top right

3. Click Settings

4. Click Add New Account at the bottom

5. Choose Create New Account

6. Choose Personal Account

7. Create a Username

8. In the profile state the dates for the party- ie: Lets Get Ready to Party! Oct 5-8

* Make sure you set the account to PRIVATE

If you are doing this with a bunch of other consultants I suggest every consultant pay $10 to help cover the cost of the prizes- this also encourages everyone to invite a lot of guests!!!

I would create a google doc similar to this one to track who is signing up to participate in the party. Only consultants need to fill this in.

I do not add them to the party until they have filled in this form.

Any time an order comes in the consultant of the client is in charge of recording the order on this document. This way it is simple for the leader/organizer to add the names to the wheel of names for the final draw!!

I find it best to get your party laid out on a google doc or in a photo file a week ahead of when it starts so you are prepared!!

Have the participating consultants send you videos of themselves making a shake, putting on their makeup, using the skin care etc. They send to you unfiltered so if you decide to use a filter it all matches!!

I use videos like this for the stories!!

I also like to ask one consultant to do a makeup tutorial video and I post that to the feed on the makeup day!!

I suggest running the party from a Monday to a Thursday

Allow consultants to invite their guests starting the Friday prior.

I only accept guests to the party if they a mutual connection in the party!

This is up to you with what you want to do- for larger groups I like to do a product giveaway daily. This is based on the comments that were made on the feed posts the day prior.

I do a $25 gift card to Starbucks based on the comments and a $50 Lululemon card based on comments. This is if you have a large group of consultants doing this together!

Each day you should have 4 consultants help you out with collecting names of those who commented on the pictures.

The consultants will email you a list of names of anyone who commented on the post they are in charge of. You can add those names to a google doc so you can easily put the names into the wheel of names generator ( found on google) to get a winner for the prize gievaway.

I also put the names into another google doc labelled " names for Satrbucks/Lulu Card Giveaway"

For anyone who wins a product prize- I have their consultant order it under their ID and ship direct to their client. I then reimburse them the cost. This comes out of the fund we have from each IC paying $10 to participate.

Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring ! Have you ever had a protein smoothie bowl? So yummy!
