Happy Mother's Day
In whatever way you serve as a mother or mother figure for our children at De Portola, I wish you all a wonderful day. May all your children be extra kind to you today by cleaning up after themselves, agreeing with everything you say and ask, helping out with siblings, and providing you with some quiet time to reflect on the beauty and joy we feel in raising children. Much love to you all.
Panther Bowling Night
We had a great time at Aztec Lanes for our Panther Bowling Night. Jordan and Andy Waggoner were incredible hosts and emcees for the night engaging us in all sorts of fun and laughter. Thank you to Kim Bourda for helping with decorations. We had four strike pot winners and we ended the night with a fire drill. Good times had by all!

Reporting absences
Absences outside of illness such as death in the family, military deployment leaves, injuries, regular appointments such as doctor, dentist, and orthodontist are excused. Absences outside of the above listed examples should be reported as "personal reasons, non-Covid related". Thank you for your honesty with reporting absences. We are far more concerned about the health and safety of our students and staff than we are with unexcused absences.
Please call the office at 619-605-4800 and press 3 or email Miss Ellie at eharris4@sandi.net for all absences.
