PTO Board Elections for 2024-24
Dear Montera Community,
On March 14, we will be holding elections for our 2024-25 PTO Board. We have a number of open positions next year due to volunteer's students promoting out of Montera. In addition, we have many important roles where the incumbent volunteer will be in their last year next year and would like to share the role. Please consider volunteering for a PTO Board or Leadership role. Without a strong PTO Board, we can't do the important work our Montera students, teachers and families need from us.
You can review next year's open roles and indicate interest in this form. We will get in touch with you to go through the job description and time commitment before the election. Many of these roles can be shared.
We need your response before Monday, March 11.
Thank you,
Melissa Schmidt
PTO President

Volunteer Spotlight - Ceanna Stephens
"I’ve really enjoyed my time on the auction committee so far. As a new family to Montera, this has been a great way to meet new parents and get to know the school better. I feel really lucky to be in this community. Working on the auction donations, it has been great to reach out to the businesses in our community and share how wonderful our school is. Our students are what make the school unique and diverse, and I'm proud to share that with the community."
Give a shout out to Ceanna on our socials!
We are still need of volunteers for the benefit! Click here to complete our volunteer form!

Support Mr. Cooper and BORP in the 2024 Cocodona 250
"I take great joy in being able to share and encourage that experience of self discovery in others, and I’m a firm believer that everyone deserves the opportunity to access these transformative pursuits and opportunities! In partnership with the Wander Project, I am raising money for BORP, a Bay Area organization which provides adaptive opportunities for sports and recreation for disabled youth and veterans.
Donating to BORP helps provide adaptive sports and recreation opportunities for those who may otherwise not have those same opportunities for self-discovery. Please consider donating because every little bit helps!"
Mr. Cooper is half way to his goal! DONATE HERE by April 19.
