Monday Morning Memo
September 3, 2024
Back to School Night
Tomorrow is Back to School Night. This very important informational meeting will consist of a presentation from administration on school policies and procedures, followed by individual sessions with your child(ren)'s teachers. Back to School Night is meant for parents/guardians only, so while children may attend if childcare is not available, we highly recommend leaving them at home if possible. Any children that do attend must remain with the parent at all times and may not be in the building or the school grounds unattended.
We offer four sessions in each classroom so parents of multiple children can visit each teacher. The information will be the same in each session, so once you have attended a session for each of your children, you are welcome to visit the specials teachers, the main office, or go home. There is no closing session.
Middle school parents will remain in the gym for the first two sessions as the middle school teachers will be giving a combined presentation.
To ensure the night runs on schedule, please schedule a separate meeting with your child's teacher if you have any individual questions or matters to discuss.
The schedule for the night is as follows:
6:30-7:00 p.m.: Welcome and policy review with administration in the gym (all parents/guardians)
7:00-7:15 p.m.: First session (or Middle School Pt. 1)
7:20-7:35 p.m.: Second session (or Middle School Pt. 2)
7:40-7:55 p.m.: Third session
8:00-8:15 p.m.: Fourth session
We look forward to seeing you there!
