Tuesday Superheroes – Who is your favorite superhero? School dress code appropriate, no face masks or face paint

Wednesday MBMS Spirit Day – Pull out those PE shirts, MBMS sweats, facemasks, or wear school colors.

Thursday Decades Day – assigned by grade

6th grade - 60’s

7th grade – 70’s

8th grade - 80’s

The Joe Corbi fundraiser items are expected to be delivered on Monday, March 22, 2021. Parents/guardians can pick up their orders in the MBMS cafeteria between 4-6 PM. Please respect social distancing expectations and wear a mask. Thank you again for your support.

The Paw Print is emailed to parents/guardians weekly (Sunday afternoons for the upcoming week). Past Paw Prints can be found on the MBMS school website for your convenience.

The event will be held virtually this year on Thursday, April 8, 2021, beginning at 5 PM. The Virtual Freshman Orientation is online, with live and recorded events that follow a schedule. It includes videos as well as presentations and Q&A sessions, which provide an overview of planning your high school courses.

Immediately following spring break, Ms. Barger (our 8th-grade counselor) will begin meeting with each 8th-grade student to begin the high school registration process. The following survey will provide her with information so she can better understand students' interests and needs.
We are asking each 8th-grade student to complete the following survey. Students can open the link through their SMCPS email account. Social studies teachers have emailed their students the link. Students should complete the survey only once.

Portrait Pictures

Exciting news about the yearbook! This year, using cutting-edge new technology, all of you are invited to share your 10 favorite photos of the school year. When the yearbook comes out, you’ll be able to scan the portraits in the printed book using your phone and digitally unlock each student’s 10 favorite pics they submitted. We will not be having a company come out for traditional portraits this year so it is important that you are uploading a portrait of your child to be placed in the yearbook.
