Dear Bobcat Families,
The Lost & Found is getting very full. Please encourage your student to look for any lost items this week (Monday- Wednesday). Lost & Found items (such as water bottles, jackets, shoes, etc.) are located in the school cafeteria. Items that have been lost that may be of value such as cell phones, watches, keys or jewelry are turned in to the front office. All unclaimed items will be donated over Winter Break.
In other news, our fabulous PTA is hosting its annual Holiday lunch for BJH staff on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. Please see below for more information. Please use the Sign up Genius link below to sign up to donate food or beverage items. Thank you for making our holiday bright!
The soccer games (boys and girls) are tentatively scheduled for this Wednesday, December 20th. The forecast shows a chance of rain on that day. Should the forecast still show a high percentage of rain for Wednesday, the soccer games will be rescheduled for after Winter break. The athletic director for the league will contact impacted schools sometime on Monday with a final decision. BJH parents will be informed via School Messenger email and/or text message as updates are available.
Lastly, there are only 3 days left until Winter Break. The first day of winter break starts on Thursday, December 21st, which is a pupil free day. All students are scheduled to return to school on Monday, January 8, 2024. I hope everyone embraces the joy of the season with family and friends. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
