• Approved the financial statements and payment of bills and expenses for April 2022
• Approved TutorMe Renewal for students in grades 3-12 for the 2022-23 school 7ear totaling $139,374 using ESSER funds
• Approved 2022-2027 Strategic Plan Vision, Mission and Core Values
• Approved Food Service Management Contact for Aramark for the 2022-23 school year
• Approved the audit report for fiscal year 2020-21 submitted by Clifton, Larson, Allen LLP
• Approved the proposal to work with the Missouri School Board Association on revision of the District's policies and procedures.
