Dear Monomoy Middle School Families,
Thank you for a great first week of school! Students were settling into routines and learning about the expectations of the school year. This week we welcome our MRMS families back into our building for Curriculum Night.
Who: Curriculum Night is for parents/guardians of students in grades 5, 6, and 7. This event is for the adults only, the students need not attend.
What: You will follow your child's (or your favorite child's, if you have more than one in our middle school) schedule throughout their academic day.
Where: 425 Crowell Road, Chatham
When: 6-7:30 pm, Wednesday, September 13
*Parents/guardians of 5th-grade students: The NEED Academy (Truro Trip) will be hosting an informational session from 5:30-5:55 pm in the auditorium.
Why: We want you to be a part of your child's education. The success of your child is dependent on a strong relationship between our families and our school community.
The schedule is outlined below, but your child will bring home your personalized agenda on Wednesday afternoon. Please bring this schedule with you on Curriculum Night as it will guide your movements that evening. All families will report to morning homeroom at 6pm to begin the evening.
In partnership,
Abby Dudley
Principal

All students being picked up or dropped off by car will enter and exit through the cafeteria doors on the far side of the building at dismissal.
Please see the routine and map below that will also be shared with students in morning homeroom tomorrow.

- 7:35 am to 8:35 - Morning Clubs
- Front loop can be used for MORNING drop off until the first bus arrives 8:30 - All Grades
- Students arriving before 8:15 MUST go to library or work with a teacher
- 8:35 Breakfast Bell - Cafeteria only
