Parents, please RSVP HERE to join us for our classroom holiday parties. Due to limited classroom space, parking, and ever present safety concerns, we request that each child has no more than 2 attending visitors, max.

Adults must fill out a registration form with the required information for each child separately .

4th grade will hold their annual Snowball Fight outside @11am in leiu of a party.

As an attendance incentive, we will have a drawing for a girl's and a boy's bike in December. You may hear your child/children talking about this incentive. In order for the student to be eligible for the drawing, they will need to be present for 90% of the days for the remainder of the semester. THE DRAWING WILL BE HELD ON DECEMBER 20TH.

MISD Attendance reminders:

-Please remember to submit a parent note or doctor's note upon return from an absence.

-A maximum of 10 parent notes are accepted for the school year.

-A total of 8 late arrivals and early check-outs (combined) are allowed per semester.

• As a reminder, anyone picking up a student in car rider must have the car-rider tag/# displayed on the rearview mirror. If you do not have a tag, please park and go into the school before getting in line.
• If you are in need of a tag or a replacement tag, please park and enter the school office to obtain one. You will then need to join the car rider line. Replacement tags will be $1.

• Please pull out of line to buckle your child if they need assistance. Please do not get out of your car while students are loading.

Due to limited space & safety concerns, only one lunch visitor per student is allowed each week. We have approximately 900 students, and limiting visitors each day is one way we can ensure family seating availability.

Friends of the child may not dine with the parent, and food may not be provided to other students.

WES campus hours are 7:30 am-4:35 pm.
