This Small Virtual Library is all about summer reading to help you stay entertained and keep your brain engaged!
Need something before we leave for summer break? Contact me via email (you will find my contact info at the bottom of the Smore.) I would love to help you find resources for summer reading or answer any questions you might have!

General Summer Reading Info
Why should we read over the summer?
What you need to know: reading SHOULD be an enjoyable way for you to be entertained while engaging your brain in ways that video games, TV, movies, videos (I'm looking at you TikTok and YouTube), even audio books, cannot. If you're not enjoying reading, you haven't found the right book. You don't have to follow a program or read for prizes, just READ!

You’ll see them working on problem solving, physical play, creativity, planning, reading, writing skills, and just getting outdoors to enjoy beautiful Austin. Get ready to play, laugh, and learn together all summer long.
