This class will focus on Meal Patterns for the CACFP program. We will discuss planning menus and incorporating whole grains in your daily menus with tools and supporting materials from The Texas Department of Agriculture, The United States Department of Agriculture, and The Institute of Child Nutrition. Lunch will be on your own.
