Classroom Spot Light- Grades 2 and 3 Students

Students in the Grades 2 and 3 hallway had a blast wearing their clothes backwards. Students also had wonderful conversations about how it is important to think twice before you speak because you cannot take back what you say. Students also tied this into their digital citizenship.

District 123 Respect Week

Our D123 Respect Week continues through the remainder of this week.

The purpose of this week is for us as a school and district to talk about, think about, and focus on what respect is and how all of us as individuals can exhibit respect toward one another.

This week will include discussion and mini lessons on respect. Additionally, each day will have a dress up theme to correlate with the days mini lesson.

Handouts are being sent home today and you can reference the image attached.

District 123 Art Show

We are excited to welcome back our District 123 Art Show. This year's event will be held on Thursday, April 28th from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. It will be held in the Oak Lawn-Hometown Middle School Gymnasium.

Oak Lawn-Hometown Middle School is located 5345 W. 99th Street.
