Dear Parents and Guardians of M.E.S. Students,
We hope that you are excited to start another wonderful school year. We know that young learners benefit greatly when the caring adults at home and at school have a strong collaborative relationship. We look forward to working in partnership with you throughout the school year. We urge all parents and guardians to attend our September Open House Night. This event provides an opportunity for you to hear from your child's teacher, visit your child's classroom, and receive an overview of the grade level curriculum. You will also be invited to sign up for November Parent/Teacher conferences as well as a variety of volunteering opportunities.
Please note that Open House is not the time for individual conferences. Should you need to discuss questions or concerns specific to your child, please contact your teacher to schedule a separate appointment.
In an effort to ensure parking will be available for all parents attending, we have scheduled 2 sessions. We will end sessions promptly to allow the parking lot to become available for the next group.

GRADES K-2: 5:45pm-6:45pm
GRADES 3-5: 7:00pm-8:00pm
(coffee and treats will be available between sessions if you are staying for both)
