CCHS Homecoming parade
Thursday, September 28 is Cathedral City High School's Homecoming Parade. As usual, Rio Vista will be participating in the CCHS parade. All students and parents, wishing to walk with and represent Rio Vista are welcome. All participants are responsible for their own transportation. This year’s theme is “Across the Hocoverse” (Marvel vs DC). Rio Vista will be celebrating that LEARNING IS OUR SUPERPOWER and we will be dressing as superheroes. We are asking everyone to dress in a Superhero costume or wear a Rio Vista T-shirt. We will have masks and capes for the students.
We will meet at 3:45 pm on Cathedral Canyon. The parade will begin at 4:30. Families should park in the structure near city hall. Then walk to the meeting spot on Cathedral Canyon. The parade travels down Cathedral Canyon and ends at City Hall.
National Walk to School Day 10/4
- Wednesday, October 4 @ 7am
- Meet at the Stater Bros parking lot (67800 Vista Chino)
- Then we walk to school together!
