Our school's Open House will be taking place on Tuesday, September 5 from 4:30-6:00. This is a great time to tour the building and receive information from your scholar's teacher. We will have four sessions between 4:30 and 6:00. Doors will open at 4:20.
Session 1 4:30-4:50
Session 2 4:55-5:15
Session 3 5:20-5:40
Session 4 5:45-6:05
The building will close at 6:05. Sessions will start and end on time. I will make an announcement over our PA system when a session has ended. I have asked the teachers to close their doors at the start of a session to minimize interruptions. If their door is closed upon your arrival, please wait in the hall until the next session begins.
Each teacher will host the same classroom presentation for all four sessions. It is not necessary to attend all four sessions. If you have multiple children at school, you can meet with their teacher at any of the above listed times that is convenient for you. Open house is not the ideal time to have conferences about individual students. If you have concerns, please ask our teachers for their contact information so you can discuss your concerns at another time.
