The Preschool - Kindergarten grades did an awesome Friday morning program singing about the real reason for the season, the birth of Jesus Christ. Our music department continues to do a great job preparing our students.

Thank you for the emails and phone calls regarding the soft-lockdown that SCS went into earlier this week during the local police event. For reference as to what had happened, you can click this link.

We would like to say a big thank you to the SPD and Officer Dailly, our SRO, for the constant, quick communication of the incident.

Following Christmas break we will continue our safety drills, including our lockdown drills. We will be adding tests of our emergency messaging system. Please check your PlusPortal accounts to verify your contact information is correct.

Extended Care will be available Wednesday-Friday, Dec. 27-29 and Tuesday-Friday, January 2-5 of Christmas Break for SCS students in preschool-8th grade. If you need this care for your student, click on the link below to complete the required registration form. Please note the registration deadlines below.

Please note, a $25 Non-Registration Fee will be billed for students who are registered after the deadline or attend Extended Care without prior registration. This fee will be in addition to the current Extended Care hourly rate. Also, a $60 No-Show Fee will be billed for students who are registered but do not attend Extended Care without proper advance notification.
