- Tuesday, 10/25-College Application Lab Support from 3:00pm-4:00pm with Ms.Grijalva
- Friday, 10/28- 9:00am Coffee with the Principal at the University Center next to AOC, a chat about wellness and Senior Capstone Projects. Learn how you can get involved at AOC as a mentor for these community-wide projects.
- Friday, 10/28- ASB Halloween at AOC. Halloween costumes are allowed that are school appropriate. No masks are allowed to be worn. All school rules apply.
- Monday, 10/31- Halloween

COC Athletic Gear Store Online
The official team store is up and running. If you are interested in purchasing COC Athletics gear, please visit https://cocathletics.itemorder.com/
The team store will be open until Sunday, 10/23/22. Once the store closes, it will take two-three weeks for your orders to arrive. You can have your order shipped to you or pick it up from athletics. We will notify you by email when we receive the pick-up orders.

Halloween Lunch Time Activity Hosted by ASB
Students are invited to wear their school appropriate Halloween costume. Here are a list of rules for Halloween costumes:
Costumes will not be permitted that include references to drugs, alcohol, tobacco, gangs or are suggestive.
No costume will be permitted that includes a weapon (guns, swords, etc.)
Costumes that are insensitive to gender, ethnicity, religion or race are strictly prohibited.
Everyone who comes on campus must be clearly identifiable. Students may wear a mask only during the lunch time activity.
Students must still wear closed toe shoes to prevent injury.
Mental Health First Aid
Hello,
You are invited to a free Youth Mental Health First Aid course that will be offered on Saturday, November 12th, from 8:30 AM- 3:30 PM in room 206 at VHS.
Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed to teach parents, family members, caregivers, teachers, school staff, peers, neighbors, health and human services workers, and other caring citizens how to help an adolescent (age 12-18) who is experiencing mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis. The course introduces common mental health challenges for youth, reviews typical adolescent development, and teaches a 5-step action plan to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations. To learn more, see attached informational flyer.
