Due to teacher conference day, this Friday 3/17th is a half day dismissal. Half day only Kinders will dismiss at 9:30 am and all other students will dismiss at 11:30 am. There will be NO after school community classes.

On Wednesday, March 22, the 5th graders will be taking the State Science Assessment. Please be certain your child is on time, is rested and has had breakfast or is eating breakfast here at school.

March Public FFO meeting tomorrow at 8:15 am. Mary Setliff, Principal of Esperero Canyon MS, will be our guest speaker to answer any questions about incoming 5th grade students and Esperero Canyon Middle School. Breakfast treats and coffee provided. Come on in after drop off!

Yearbooks will be delivered to school this year and in time for students to collect signatures from classmates!! Order today! This year we are offering a SOFTCOVER and HARDCOVER option for the Ventana Vista Yearbook. Please note: “Ad Sales” option is for 5th grade families only for pride lines/congratulatory ads. Our LAST Mileage club is this Thursday, March 16th! Don't miss out on the opportunity to support our runners who have accumulated over 2,200 miles as a school. Sign up to help log miles, hand out tokens, or cheer on runners. Siblings are always welcome!

4th,5th and Clark and Alexander’s Classes 12:15-12:30

1st, 2nd and Tobin and Lopez’s Classes 12:35-12:55

Celebrate the end of a successful year of mileage club with Ventana Vista's annual Color Run this Saturday! Wear a white shirt to be showered with colors by staff as you run by! Please also bring a new or used book to donate for our book drive! The first 200 people to bring a book donation will receive a special charm! Join us THIS Saturday, March 18th on the lower field at 9am; run starts at 9:30am. We need volunteers for this event!
