Good Morning E.L.M. Families,

Happy Friday! I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving with family and friends.

Next Week at a Glance:

Mon. 11/29 - Report cards go home today. Pediatric COVID Vaccine Clinic #1 - 3:00-5:00pm.

Tues. - 11/30 - A great day to be kind!

Wed. - 12/01 - Welcome to December!

Thurs. 12/02 - Half Day of School - Parent/Teacher Phone Conferences.

Fri. 12/03 - A great day to show gratitude.

* I will be out of school on Monday & Tuesday of next week, so please reach out to your child's teacher, Mrs. Wells or Miss Anderson, if you need anything.

* The December calendar is attached below and a copy was sent home this week.

* In case you missed it...E.L.M. has a new school website and phone application. Please visit https://www.savoyelementary.com/ to view our new site. You can also download the North Berkshire School Union application on your phone, if you wish to receive updates on classroom activities, news, and reminders. You will need to choose Emma Miller as your school of choice and to receive notifications.

* As mentioned in a previous email, Emma Miller is in need of a school nurse. If you or someone you know is interested, please reach out to my office or share this information. Thank you. School Nurse | BerkshireJobs.com

Planning Ahead:

* The School Committee will meet on Monday, 12/6 at 5:00pm. The agenda will be sent next week.

* The PTG is planning a Santa's Workshop on Tuesday, Dec. 21st, so students can shop for their family members for the holidays. This event is not on the December calendar, so please mark this date on your calendar. I will of course, send reminders as we get closer to the date.

A Note from Nurse Claire:

* The 2nd Pediatric COVID Vaccine Clinic for children that will need to receive their second dose will be on Monday, Dec. 20th from 3:00-5:00pm at Emma Miller.
