BIBLE STUDY resumes JULY 9th

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus,

My name is Pastor Danny Clark. I am so happy to be starting as the Pastor here at Pinelands UMC. I have been a Methodist my whole life. Also, I have a passion for small church work. I have been a Lay Speaker in the UMC for 21 years and now I am a Certified Lay Minister. Worship is where it all starts, and I work hard to bring quality worship every week. For me this means a variety of music, scriptures, and prayers. When Worship is on target, we feel closer to the God who loves and empowers us. Bible study is also a big calling for me, there is a wealth of knowledge and power we can draw from studying the Word of God. I have served in many positions in the church. I was a Trustee, SPRC Chair, outreach lead, Sunday School Superintendent, and even an administrative council chair, so I look forward to working with all of you in leadership. Some of my other joys in ministry come from Youth work, I was a paid Youth pastor for 5 years and the youth are the future of our church. Outreach is the way we reach a hurting world so that is the real call we all have as Christians.

I have been married to my wife Robyn Clark for 17 years and we love to do ministry together. We raised four nieces and seven nephews. Also, we now have two great nieces to love on. We lived in Burlington County most of our lives so South Jersey is a new thing, but we love it. We love to be outside in God’s creation. But a good movie or a book always makes me happy as well. I am a big Superhero and Comic fan as well.

I am so happy to start this journey with you. God is on the move here and I am blessed to be a part of that amazing work. God Bless you all hope to see you soon!
