Prayer Corner: St. Catherine of Siena's feast day
Students enjoyed working with their buddies to learn more about our school's patron saint. Below is a prayer to St. Catherine of Siena:
God of Wisdom you made our sister Catherine burn with divine love in contemplating the Lord’s passion and in serving your Church. With the help of her prayers may your people, united in the mystery of Christ, rejoice forever in the revelation of his glory, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen.
"Advice from the Pros"
This week's parenting tip:
Although it is hard to watch your child struggle through a problem, give space for the process. Our kids need to learn to solve problems and have things not go their way. Not having parents solve most struggles will go a long way to kids becoming resilient, especially in later years when challenges are bigger. Let your child make mistakes and be there to help them through the solution.
Know that our faculty and staff are partners with you as we near the finish line of the school year marathon. Foster that partnership and we will finish the year strong!
God Bless You!
Mrs. Crowley
