Welcome Back, Introductions and New School Counselor Caseloads
This year we have some new staff that has joined our School Counseling Department:

Mikayla Cassidy, School Counselor Intern, working with Ms. Monahan

The School Counseling Department is hosting a PSAT session on Wednesday, October 13, 2021.

Senior Meetings
New England Association for College Admission Counseling (NEACAC) In-Person College Fair
Worcester State University is hosting an in-person NEACAC college fair on Sunday, October 3, 2021 from 11am to 1pm.
Over 100 colleges and universities will be in attendance! Click here to view the list!
This event is free and open to the public with ample parking. Facial coverings are required to be worn at all times while indoors.
What: NEACAC College Fair
Where: Worcester State University, Wellness Center

When: Sunday, October 3, 2021 (11am-1pm)
Available Resources
The following resources are available to all students. Please contact your school counselor to make an appointment for counseling support, or for assistance with any of these resources.
- Catie's Closet- for clothing, health and beauty aids
- Gryphon Food Pantry- for fresh and non-perishable food items
- School Counselors and Adjustment Counselors- for social/emotional support
- Homework Assistance and Tutoring- We offer after-school tutoring and assistance programs Monday through Thursday starting at student dismissal ending when students can take late buses home at 3:00. Students do not need to sign up – they can go and sign into the center when they need assistance. Please note it may be recommended or required (in collaboration with parents) as a support for students who are struggling academically. The Homework and Tutoring Center is held in room 1503.
