Hello Hornet Families!!!
It is difficult to believe that the end of the first semester is upon us as we enter our final full week before Winter Break. This semester has been filled with successes, growth, and identified opportunities for growth. Although we are wrapping up the semester, the celebrations continue rolling in.
Candyland Winter Dance: A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of our Candyland Winter Dance. Friday evening was a showcase of creativity, talent, and community spirit. It was beautiful observing so many of our students being kids and having fun with one another. Special thanks to Ms. Lorenz, Ms. Waggoner, Student Council, and our Cheerleaders for their dedication in ensuring the dance was a success.
Fine Arts Performances: The past two weeks have been busy for our Award winning Fine Arts programs. From this past week's Theater Winter Show, Band Concert, Guitar and Choir performances, to this week's Orchestra concert, many of our Kealing Hornets amazing talents are on full display.
Semester Finals: As our high school credit classes gear up for their semester finals, I commend our student for their hard work and dedication to their studies. I encourage you all to stay focused and trust in your abilities. You and your teachers have put in the work this semester to prepare you for these assessments. I believe in you and know you will do your best.
To all of our students, whether you are participating in a Fine Arts performance and semester finals this week or not, I want you to finish out the semester strong. Be sure to study for any upcoming test or quizzes and submit all assignments. I am proud of you all and happy to be a part of your educational journey. Let's make this a great week.
Mr. Estes
