The consequences of the pandemic have forced us to make the very difficult decision to cancel San Antonio’s 2021 90-Second Newbery Film Festival. We know that this will be disappointing for many of our aspiring young filmmakers. For those that have already made videos, you can still submit and they will be considered for our 2022 film festival. We look forward to gathering again to celebrate the talents of so many when we host San Antonio’s 2022 90-Second Newbery Film Festival. Keep reading, keep making videos, and we’ll see you at the movies next year!

The Holocaust Memorial Museum of San Antonio in conjunction with the Jewish Federation of San Antonio is offering a week long series of programming filled with virtual and in-person tours, recorded survivor testimonies, online exhibits, interactive webpages, a video tour, downloadable worksheets, and book recommendations.
