ALL PARENTS MUST COMPLETE THE SURVEY TO CHOOSE REMOTE OR FACE TO FACE!

Cougar Parents,


Phase 3 is going well with some students returning one full day a week for face to face learning.

Here are some things parents need to know as we prepare to move into phase 4 (two full days a week) on October 5th and a regular 5 days a week on October 14th.



  • ALL PARENTS MUST COMPLETE THIS SURVEY TO CHOOSE- Face to Face or Remote.
  • IF parents do not complete the survey, it will default to Face to Face.
  • Students who indicate or default to Face to Face and do not show will be counted as absent. School social work will work with families to support student attendance.
  • Instruction begins at 7:40AM. Students not in their classrooms by 7:40 are tardy.



Participation in face-to-face instruction remains optional. You will need to provide your choice so Campbell can plan accordingly.


Use the link to a survey where you can enter your choice for your student. You may come back to face-to-face or remain in Universal Remote Learning (URL) through the end of this semester on December 18. Decisions for 2021 will be made and shared with you soon.

Here is what you need to complete the survey:

· Please have your student’s ID number (this is the same as their lunch number)

· You will have a choice for in-person or remote learning for each phase

· If you have multiple students, you will need to enter your choice for each child separately

SPECIAL EDUCATION STUDENT TIMELINES

Students Attending Face to Face or Remotely Should Arrive on time for all classes!

  • Students may be dropped off as early as 7:15 (not before- no supervision)
  • Students should be seated in their classrooms, ready for instruction by 7:40AM
  • Students entering the building after 7:40 are counted as tardy.
  • Students who wish to remain in remote must choose so in the survey or be counted absent.
  • Show up at all classes on time, every day!
  • Student tardies and absences are tracked by the district
  • family support given by school social worker as needed

Televised Lessons for PreK though Second Grade

Families of students in PreK though Second Grade can see the lessons on Comcast 24, Google Fiber TV Channel 145 and AT&T Chanel 99 (residents of Fulton County), or visit www.fultonschools.org/fcstv to see the programs from any device with internet access.

"I Matter, Because..."- PTA Reflections Contest

1. Due Date: Wednesday October 14, 2020 for all submissions.


2. Entry Forms: They need to be filled out completely and turned in with the work in order to be judged.


3. Please print and read over the instructions and if you have questions please reach out to PTA at campbellpta18@gmail.com.


Please make sure you read over the instructions because the way some entries are submitted has changed, for example in the musical and photography submissions, they need to be turned in by flash drives and we need 2 flash drives.

Fulton County will continue to provide FREE grab & go meal kits to all children 18 & under, or under the age of 21 for youth with special needs. All children, regardless of school enrollment or meal eligibility status, can receive a FREE grab & go meal kit!

Curbside Pick-Up Locations:

• Curbside Pick-Up locations will be open Wednesday from 11:00-1:00.

• Curbside Pick-Up locations provides an opportunity for families to drive-thru and pick-up FREE grab & go meal kits.

• Families need to pre-order grab & go meal kits each week. Grab & go meal Kits need to be pre-ordered online by Tuesday at 11:59 p.m.

“Let Your Flags Shine Brightly”-HISPANIC HERITAGE DRIVE THROUGH CELEBRATION

Campbell Elementary salutes our community during Hispanic Heritage Month 2020. “Let Your Flags Shine Brightly” in Campbell’s first ever Hispanic Heritage Month drive through on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 6:00pm. Please decorate your cars to show your pride as you drive through. Join us for music, food, and fun as we continue celebrating Hispanic Heritage while socially distancing. Additional details will be shared on the website and through ClassDojo. Please RSVP so that we are able to prepare for you.
