Fill the Dome

Centennial Students have a done a great job filling the dome. If you didn't get a chance to bring food, Davies Student Council representatives, Megan Drummond and Lydia Picotte, have helped put together a virtual food drive for Fill the Dome to help ‘wash away hunger.’

This event takes place November 21st-22nd at the FargoDome, and it involves the entire Fargo-Moorhead area. This is the nation’s largest student led food drive, and it works to serve both rural and urban areas in North Dakota and Minnesota.

Fill the Dome partners mainly with the Great Plains Food Bank to distribute food and to collect donations. The food bank helps connect mobile food banks, rural communities, children, seniors, and our veterans, to name a few.

Every dollar counts, so that is why we are asking our entire Eagle Community to consider donating to this very worthy cause. Every little bit will help an individual or family in need. Please help us double our goal by raising $10,000 by clicking THIS LINK.

Davies HS Fill the Dome Cmt

4th & 5th Grade Choir

Hello, 4th and 5th grade choir families!

I am sending out a quick note about a couple of schedule changes from now until our concert in December (Dec. 5th). Rehearsals are still on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 AM, but starting November 21st, the 4th and 5th-grade choirs will be combined into one choir until our concert. The two groups have been practicing separately, and now is the time we need to combine to practice singing our harmonies together. This means that students will be attending choir rehearsals 2x a week.

4th grade rehearsal dates: November 14th, 21st, 28th, 30th, and Dec. 5th

5th grade rehearsal dates: November 16th, 21st, 28th, 30th, and Dec. 5th

We will end our season with a choir breakfast the week after the concert. Breakfast will be provided by Mrs. Aamold.

Lunchroom Supervisor Position

9 Month Position | Monday through Friday | 10:30 am – 1:30 pm

What You Do: Lunchroom Supervisors supervise students during lunchtime, maintain a harmonious atmosphere by encouraging peaceful resolution of conflicts and assist students in lunchroom clean up.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred; Ability to communicate with students and colleagues

Hourly Pay Rate: $14.77
