St. Luke Weekly SMORE
April 24, 2022
Leadership Message
This week at St. Luke we held our first in person assembly together as a school community in a little over 2 years. I was so happy to see all our students, staff and parents as they joined together to celebrate this most Holy time of the year as a school community.
Our grade 3 and 4 class as well as their teachers Madame Hayden and Mrs. Tabert was very busy over the last few weeks practicing for this Easter play that reenacts the resurrection of Jesus. As they act out the play we are reminded of the ultimate sacrifice He made for us.
As a Catholic school, Easter is our greatest celebration. It is the foundation of who we are, what we are, and why we are as a community of faith and learning. Easter is a reminder that we are committed to forming our hearts, bodies, minds, and souls after Jesus. We are truly blessed and should be thankful every day that we are all able to continue our walk with Christ.
Our Praise and Worship Celebrations will be held on Tuesday at 8:40. Feel free to come and join us as we celebrate the Lord and all the great things that are happening at St. Luke.
Blessings,
Cathy Hinger
