Jones Dolphins Make a SPLASH!
Budget season has started and school sites are currently planning for the 2024-2025 school year. Over the course of the next week, please take a few minutes to fill out our Jones Elementary Needs Assessment survey by Sunday, January 21st. The information collected on this form impacts how our budget is crafted for the 2024-2025 school year. We want to hear from you!

Here is an overview of our projected budget and some key highlights: Budget Overview Slides
- Due to lower projected enrollment our teaching staff will decrease
- Due to an increase in students qualifying for Special Education Services our Education Specialist Staff will increase
- There will be an increase to district funded P.E./Visual & Performing Arts
- District funded counselor, custodians, librarian, nurse, office staff, and noon duties are all staying consistent
- The district funded Health Tech will be slightly decreased, but we will continue to have our Health Office covered five days a week
- Across our site operating budgets we have a decrease of - $30,723

Jones Elementary PTA
Our Parent Teacher Association works with Jones Elementary to provide programs and support to benefit the students, their families, teachers, school administration and the community. Run entirely by volunteers, the PTA raises money to support enrichment programs, program instructors, educational assemblies and field trips, family events, and special classroom supplies.
As always, we need your membership, support and ability to volunteer. You can become a member using Totem, a respected membership management service. Please contact us with other thoughts on how we are doing, and your ideas on how you can become involved. We look forward to hearing from you.
