Abdoulie is a senior for the #2 ranked Royal Scots who currently have a 5-1-1 record on the season as they try to defend their 2022 State Championship. Abdoulie is a force. He is very fast and, as a result, often double marked. In last week’s game against McDaniel High School, a 4-1 win, Abdoulie shined as he took part in all of the goals. He ended the game with 1 goal and 3 assists. He is a constant threat to the opponent's defense and a huge contributor to the McKay attack.

According to Coach Llamas, “Abdoulie is the team comic. He is funny and knows how to lighten up the mood...He is a strong asset to the team...Whenever he has a great game, the team has a great game...He is a true student-athlete as he excels in class as well.”

Abdoulie was an Athlete of the Week for boys soccer in the 2022 season as well.

This past Wednesday McKay High played host to all of the FFA Chapters in the Salem Keizer School District. All of the FFA Chapters worked together to hold the 2023 FFA Community Banquet. This fundraising event benefitted all of the school district's chapters and is a great example of the collaboration that takes place amongst these groups. In the end over $17,000 dollars were raised for FFA in our community. Congratulations go out to Mr. Hosler for his continued work at McKay and his group's continued success.
