Kings and Queens Rise Co-Ed Basketball Kickoff Game!!

Dear Kings and Queens Rise League Teams,
Thank you for joining us for our 2018 Season! We are looking forward to a great summer of basketball, learning and building up our youth. Through participation in the Kings and Queens Rise league, we hope our young people will gain a sense of greater community pride, crossing neighborhood boundaries, and positive relationship building with the organizations, mentors and young people around them.
We are excited to kick-off the summer with our opening games and jamboree this Saturday, June 1 at Encina High School! Below you will find important information regarding the game schedule, team photo schedule and other important information. Please note that your coach and team lead will be responsible for your players, including the distribution of jerseys, swag bags and healthy lunch vouchers. Please let us know of any food allergies.
LEAGUE GAME SCHEDULE
9 AM: Meadowview vs. Oak Park – 7th/8th Grades
10 AM: Meadowview vs. Oak Park – 9th/10th Grades
11 AM: Marina Vista vs. Del Paso Heights – 7th/8th Grades
12 PM: Marina Vista vs. Del Paso Heights – 9th/10th Grades
1:00 PM HALF-TIME
1:30 PM: Arden vs. Valley Hi – 7th/8th Grade
2:30 PM: Arden vs. Valley Hi – 9th/10th Grade
3:30 PM: Fruitridge vs. Foothill/North Highlands – 7th/8th Grades
4:30 PM: Fruitridge vs. Foothill/North Highlands – 9th/10th Grades
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
1. Please have all times arrive at least 1 hour prior to their game (with the exception of the 9 AM game, who can arrive 30 min prior).
2. Jerseys and swag bags will be organized by team and coaches will pick up for their team at check-in. Coaches will distribute to players.
3. Players and coaches will receive food truck vouchers. Coaches will distribute to players. The food truck will only be available from 11 AM – 1:30 PM
4. Activities and a snack bar will be provided by the Arden Arcade CIL
5. Fades for Grades will be on-site from 10AM-5PM offering free haircuts!
6. Please have all of your players’ waivers, emergency contacts and medical information on hand!
