2022 County & State Fair Project Pickup

STATE 4-H RODEO 2022

We’re excited to offer the State 4-H Rodeo again this year! This event allows youth to showcase their skills working with their equine partner through speed and agility contests. The 2022 State 4-H Rodeo will be held on Saturday, October 8, at the Lancaster Event Center in Lincoln. Registration is due Friday, September 16. Learn more at 4h.unl.edu/horse-rodeo.

Nebraska 4-H Volunteer Recognition Program

In addition to the awards and recognitions for 4-H youth, we are honored to recognize the valuable 4-H leaders and volunteers we have right here in Cass County! Their contributions to youth development make our county a great place to live and grow. Nominate someone - we have so many amazing people who would qualify! Adult volunteers may be nominated by other adults or youth, and may nominate themselves. Cass County 4-H Ambassador Program

The primary goal of the Cass County 4-H Ambassador Program is to develop leadership skills and building communication skills to be utilized in an advocacy role for the Cass County 4-H Program as well as in other aspects of the Ambassador’s life.

Through this program, 4-H staff members are committed to offering you:
• Increased understanding of your leadership skills and abilities
• Increased confidence in yourself
• Better understanding of the Cass County 4-H Program
