Senior Scholarship Applications

The Greater Lowell Technical High School Scholarship and Tool Application and the Greater Lowell Charitable Foundation Scholarship are available now through January 2, 2023. Seniors planning on attending college or purchasing tools to enter the workforce should apply. The link to the application is available on the School Counseling page, on the Senior Information page, and through Student's Naviance accounts. For questions, students should contact their school counselor asap.

FASFA

All students interested in applying to college should also complete the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) asap. For the link to the FAFSA application click here.

Community College Admissions Day

Greater Lowell will be hosting a Community College Admissions Day on Wednesday, December 14 from 9:00 -11:00 am in the lecture hall. Stay tuned for more information

Senior Meetings

Seniors! The time has come to meet with your counselor about your future plans if you have not done so already. Please review and complete the survey that was emailed to you.

All seniors must meet with their counselors whether you are applying to college, joining the military, working, or undecided.

Homework and Tutoring Center

The Homework and Tutoring Center is now open. The program runs Monday through Thursday from student dismissal until 3:00. Students can take the 3:00 buses home. Students do not need to sign up. They can just attend whenever they need extra assistance.

Available Resources

The following resources are available to all students. Please contact your school counselor to make an appointment for counseling support, or for assistance with any of these resources.

Catie's Closet- for clothing, health and beauty aids
Gryphon Food Pantry- for fresh and non-perishable food items
School Counselors and Adjustment Counselors- for social/emotional support
Homework Assistance and Tutoring- We offer after-school tutoring and assistance programs Monday through Thursday starting at student dismissal ending when students can take late buses home at 3:00. Students do not need to sign up – they can go and sign into the center when they need assistance. Please note it may be recommended or required (in collaboration with parents) as a support for students who are struggling academically.
