CES Veterans Day Assembly 2023
In addition to student presentations and music, we will be presenting a slideshow of CES student and staff's veterans. You can view last year's video HERE.
We need your help in making this event a success. If you are a veteran, current serviceman, current servicewoman, or related to a veteran or current military member please share our invitation to the assembly. We also would love to add their photo to our slideshow presentation. Pictures and RSVPs are due by Saturday, November 4th.
There are two forms below:
- RSVP for Veterans - this form should be completed for any veterans or current military members who will be joining us for the assembly. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate all families for this event and are limited to our veterans.
- Photo Submissions - this form should be used to submit photos and information for our family member slideshow
Please contact Dr. Kelly at jakelly@monomoy.edu with any questions. We look forward to welcoming our veterans and appreciate your support in this special event.
November Challenge - Gobble Up a Good Book!
Students who meet their weekly goal receive a feather for their class reading turkey. The turkey with the most feathers will pick a school spirit day. Our reading turkeys will be on display in the cafeteria. Let's get reading SHARKS!!

Fact O' Lantern Winners
Congratulations to Mr. Anglim's 4th-graders for earning the most pumpkins in our first academic challenge of the year, The Fact O'Lantern Challenge.
Students earned a glass pumpkin for their class by practicing their math fact fluency on the Reflex app. Students who received 3 green lights in a week were recognized during weekly announcements and received their pumpkins on Thursday mornings. As the overall winners, Mr. Anglim's class earned a pumpkin carving reward. You can see their finished product in the main lobby at CES.
Lost & Found
Please see the flyer above and below to find a time to come visit the Lost & Found and claim those items before it is too late. We will be donating everything in the Lost & Found on November 21st.
Thank you!
