Folks, we are in a profession that we need to make every day count regardless of the month and the day of the week. We cannot ease up and start counting down towards the summer break but rather make it a point to have impactful lessons. Trust, our students have a desire to be engaged and it's our responsibility to ensure that it's happening in every classroom. Our kids deserve your best lessons, not just dittos and/or worksheets. One last thing, remember #WeAreRioHondo and our campus report card will be a reflection of us. Our success and/or failure is solely on us, no one else.

Please note, our English I EOC is on April 25, 2023... so use the remaining days wisely and with purpose.

P-TECH Leadership Team MEETING

This past week, we had the great honor of meeting with our P-TECH partners (Texas Southmost College, Cameron County Workforce Solutions, City of Rio Hondo, and Region One ESC). In addition, reps from Valley View High School were also here to visit our P-TECH pathways. Everyone left very impressed with our students and staff. Great things are happening here at Rio Hondo High School P-TECH! #WeAreRioHondo
