UConn Student Writer Magazine
Congratulations to Clarissa Halpryn, Lauren Tedford, and Athena Lavigne who have been selected as readers at UCONN's Connecticut Student Writer Magazine Ceremony at the Jorgenson Auditorium on May 11. Moreover, Caitlin Chatterton, Elizabeth Dwelly, and Iris Hida have been selected as alternate readers at the event. There is only one reader per grade at the K-12 event. RHS makes up 25% of all of the invited readers. This is a truly incredible achievement.
RHS received 13 out of the 30 total published pieces in the 9-12 categories. We represent almost half of the magazine in our age category. Additionally, we are published in every category. Our students won more awards than any other school in CT.
