Peer Leaders will be offering tutoring to students twice a month beginning in December. Any interested student may come to the following sessions in Room 570 from 2:05 to 2:40 pm:

GRADUATION GOWN ORDERS-DEADLINE IS MONDAY, DECEMBER 4th!

Please send in the form with your order ASAP! If you plan on using a sibling or friend's gown from a past graduation, please indicate that on the form and send in as well. The representative from Kilbourne & Kilbourne will be measuring all graduates during their study on Tuesday, December 12th.

DIPLOMA NAME FORM

We will be using the Genesis Parent Portal for you to verify how you would like your son/daughter's name displayed on his/her graduation diploma. Please follow these instructions:

• Log on to your Genesis Parent Portal account for your 8th grade student.
• The DDE Student Names for Diplomas form will pop up as a required form. You will not be able to access the portal until the form is complete.
• Enter your child's name. At a minimum there should be a First Name and Last Name. Middle Name, Initial, and/or Suffix may be included as well.

Please note, once the form is submitted, you cannot go back and make changes. Diplomas will be ordered based on the information you provide.

DEADLINE TO COMPLETE THE FORM IS FRIDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2023. If we do not receive a completed form for your child by December 15th, we will use his/her first and last name as listed in GENESIS.

We are hard at work to make sure that our biggest fundraiser of the year is a huge success. We need help from you! We have a few ways you can help.

• You can choose to sponsor one of the Bingo Games, or purchasing an ad in our program by making a donation using this FORM.

If you are having issues with your parent portal, email genesis@freeholdtwp.k12.nj.us.

Parent/Guardian can make most changes/edits to email addresses, phone numbers, or adding emergency contacts.

Staying Hydrated: Generals may use the water fountains, or may bring in a refillable water bottle. There is a filling station outside of the 8th grade side of the cafeteria. Only water is permitted.

All lattes, chai teas, refreshers should be enjoyed at home as they are not permitted in school. Thank you in advance for making sure any Dunkin' treats are enjoyed in the car prior to arriving in school!
