Enrichment Experiences Requirements

learning”. To support the district priority, Curtiss Middle School will offer a variety of enrichment
experiences including field-trips, specialized activities, and extracurricular activities.

Entrance and Dismissal
- The bell for passing to Homeroom rings at 8:25 AM daily and dismissal is every day at 3:23 PM (and 1:53 PM on Tuesday). Students enter and are dismissed from the back gate in the parking lot on Helmick and Amantha.
- Valet Drop-Off and Pick-up are on Amantha. The parking lot is only for School Employees and Buses.
- Please do not park in the bus zones and red zones to wait for your child. These cause safety hazards for traffic and for students. Illegally parked vehicles may be ticketed.
Food Delivery
Food deliveries by 3rd party vendors for students are not accepted. Free lunch is provided to all students.

LAUSD Mental Health
The District is using telehealth technology to deliver a range of mental health services for students. All students can access this higher level of mental health care by contacting one of our mental health clinics or Wellness Center in your area.
