Parent Teacher Conference Reminder (6th and 7th grade only)

Wednesday, March 22- Conferences are in-person at Marie Murphy

Thursday, March 23- Conferences are held on Zoom. Principal Ryan will email the Zoom links Thursday morning.

State Testing Window

Upon return from break students will take the Illinois Assessment for Readiness in Math and ELA. The 8th graders will take the Illinois Science Assessment as well. Below is the testing schedule.

Helpful testing day reminders:

A fully charged device is needed
Water bottle
Big breakfast and lunch (some testing is after lunch)

Ramadan

Ramadan begins on March 22nd. Ramadan is a Muslim religious month that includes fasting (including no water) from sunrise to sunset. Marie Murphy is committed to supporting our students who will be fasting during this month.

Please know that students observing Ramadan completed a google form from Mrs. Miller to indicate if they will be fasting this month. Lunch/recess and PE supports are being addressed on an individual basis to provide an optimal and supportive learning environment for each student.
