February 2024
Our Mission at South
Principal's Message:
Happy Kindness and Black History Month!
In February we ask students to take a little extra time to do a special kindness for someone they know or maybe even that they don't know each day. We hope this builds a new habit of going out of our way for others. Examples of kindness activities might include:
- Opening the door for someone
- Holding the door for someone
- Write a kind note to someone
- Sit in a new place in the lunch room and meet a new person
- Give a compliment to as many people as you can
- Collect litter you see on the ground
We hope you find yourself doing small acts of kindness too!
