Around Summerour
Thank you, Keller-Williams!
Volunteers from Keller-Williams were on-site on May 11 to do beautifying work for Summerour Middle School. They worked outdoors on our garden, spreading mulch and putting up our new greenhouse, and doing general maintenance. A team also worked inside putting together a "Zen Room" for our teachers.
Thank you to Keller-Williams for choosing Summerour as the recipient for their volunteer hours.

Aurora Theatre Academy Summer Musical Camps
The Aurora Theatre Academy has nine summer camps happening between June 5th-July 29th. These camps were created with young performing artist talent in mind. They include musicals, bootcamps, straight plays, acting for film, costuming, and songwriting.
This year we have two separate summer musical camps to give our high school performers the platform they deserve.

If you have any Young Artist Performers that would be interested, we are asking that you use the QR codes below.

Have You Tried the Apps?
ParentVUE App
Parents can use this if they have a Parent Portal account. It's an app that makes it much easier to quickly access the portal and navigate student grades, absences, etc...
We strongly encourage you to use this if you have a portal account. If you don't have a portal account, come to the school and set one up.
Uninstall/Reinstall
If you are using either of these apps, but it quit working in September of 2022, you may need to uninstall/reinstall. There was a major update last month that requires this.
StudentVUE App
Students can install this on their iOS device (iPhone, iPad) or their Android device to more easily access the "My StudentVUE" portion of their portal: this includes, grades, missing assignments, etc.
