From the Principal
Hillendale families,
It was great to see so many of you at our Lip Sync Assembly and Oldies Dance this past Friday. Your kids are amazing! Perhaps most impressively, 100% of Hillendale 5th grader participated in the Lip Sync Assembly again this school year. What an incredible tradition and testament to the partnership between our school and families in creating such a special and memorable event for our 5th graders. A special shout out to all the HES staff members who worked together to make the event possible and to Mr. Ricci for his leadership throughout the lead up to the event for for his presence as emcee of the evening!
Have a great week!
Josh Leight
Hillendale Elementary Principal

Bagged Lunch Program Wrap-up
This week wrapped up our 6-week Bagged Lunch Program. Our little huskies decorated brown bags with cheerful pictures and packed them with lunches for others in our community. We partnered with SILO to distribute a total of 420 lunches to people throughout Southern Chester County. Check out SILO and the great work they do at https://oxfordsilo.com
