WELCOME BACK! Classes resume on Monday, January 3rd!

Happy New Year- What's your goal?

At home, the New Year brings a great opportunity to share your goals for the year. Things you want to try, things you want to stop, things you want to focus on.At Valerius, our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) has been set around continuing to raise our student engagement score. In 2021, we have been focusing on goal setting. Every week teachers share how they have worked on goal setting with students.


Displayed in the hallway is our GOAL (pictured below), our DO (action steps), and the data from teachers, our STUDY.


We will continue to focus on goals for the remainder of the year in our classrooms, and as a building. Ask your student(s) what their goals are.

LATE START MONDAY- SCHOOL STARTS at 10AM (Doors open at 9:45)

PTO Meeting on Thursday, January 6th!

The PTO meeting will be held in person and start with a building tour at 6:30pm. We will meet in the media center to start. Mrs. Cole will be standing by the media center door to let people in.

Visitor Reminders

Just a few reminders as we welcome visitors back into the building. All visitors must wear a face mask regardless of vaccination status or exemptions. Also, all visitors must check into the main office to sign in and to be escorted to the classroom. Please call the main office if you have any questions.
