As the school year is underway, it is important to remember our COVID protocols and procedures we have in place. I know that there are parents who did not agree with the previous policy and parents who disagree with this year's policy. I ask first of all, that whether we agree or not, we treat everyone in our community with respect. In the many conversations I have had with different parents, I know that all of us are coming to this from the perspective of trying to do what is best for our children. If we all keep our focus on working together to support our kids, we will successfully navigate these challenging times.
We are seeing more cases of COVID throughout the county and we do not want to forget that it is still here. We are also seeing more illness (allergies, colds, etc.) occurring throughout the school. If your child is sick or not feeling well, please keep them home to stop the spread of different illnesses. We understand there are a lot of allergies happening now as well. Teachers may be asking students to wear their masks more often within the classrooms or hallways to help stop the spread of illness.
We are looking for a building aide at Holy Trinity as well. Mrs. Amy Bingen has chosen to resign from her position for personal reasons and move on to other ventures. If you are interested in the position or want to know more information, please reach out to me. We wish Mrs. Bingen well in her future endeavors.
